Major companies including Netflix, Google and Facebook have let private data loose — and the results can be devastating – that’s the title of the article on Seccom Global but when you read through it’s actually detailing an incident four years ago where their actions caused data to be disclosed. I wasn’t expecting to read just about Netflix, and I think the premise behind the idea was fair (read the article for more details), but attempting to do the same thing again later down the road, in my humble opinion, was just wrong.
